Vicki L. Flaherty is an industrial/organizational psychologist dedicated to helping people live with clarity, intention, and authenticity. She empowers individuals to express their full potential and bring their best to their work–through leadership, mentoring, coaching, mindfulness, and wellbeing. Vicki enjoys photography, gardening, yoga and loves long walks and traveling  with her husband Jim. She lives in Iowa.
